During The Trimesters Of Pregnancy, Every Change That The

During the trimesters of pregnancy, every change that the baby has, will affect the mother in many different ways. Pregnancy is a nine month process where the mother will experience a lot of changes. On the first trimester, a woman will experience a lot of symptoms as she adjust to the hormonal changes of pregnancy. This process affects nearly very organ on the body. Since the first month the woman body starts to change. The first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. She will not have her period anymore until she give birth. Most pregnancy tests will be positive by the time a woman has missed her period. Also, other early signs of pregnancy include fatigue, which is an extreme tiredness. During the first three months of pregnancy women do not usually gain much weight, they usually get about 2 pounds. Those woman who are overweight or underweight may experience a different rate of weight gain. On these cases they should talk with their health care provider about maintaining a healthy weight throughout the nine months (Parenthood). By the second trimester, some of the unpleasant effects of early pregnancy may lessen or disappear as the body adjust to its changing hormone levels. After the unpleasant nausea of the first one, it appear like a wonderful stage of peace. Sleeping may get easier and energy levels may increase. This trimester of pregnancy often brings feelings of comfort and sense of a renewed well-being. However, there is still a lot of pregnancy symptoms are approaching on the horizon. Some of the early signs and symptoms of pregnancy begin to be relieved during the fourth month. Nausea is usually reduced. But other digestive problems like heartburn and constipation, may be troublesome. Breast changes will continue growing, soreness, and darkening of the areola, also usually continue.
